BINDING EFFECT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Client”) and ApexGrowth Coaching Ltd, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom (“ApexGrowth Coaching,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

(the “Site”) or by engaging with any of our services, programmes, coaching materials, courses, digital content, or resources provided through the Site (collectively, the “Services” and “Content”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Site and Services.
